Hi, I am Colette and I have been a registered nurse for over 20 years and work as a GP Practice nurse in the North of Sheffield
I also work at Rotherham Institute for Obesity utilising NLP, Hypnotherapy and Coaching to assist people in losing weight.
I have been involved in helping people to lose weight for over 14 years and this sparked my interest in finding additional ways of assisting people to make the changes they want to make. So I decided to train in NLP, Hypnotherapy and coaching and have found it invaluable in weight loss and other areas of health such as diabetes and heart disease .
Through using these therapies it is wonderful to see people become unstuck from their problems, focus on what they do want , unlock hidden potential, move forward , achieve goals and begin to live their life to the full.
